I came to this clinic for a laser hair removal session. Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour in the lobby. The staff apologized several times and tried to convince me to get a free consultation with a doctor for other treatments while I was waiting.

The receptionist was very friendly and social, which honestly made the long wait much more pleasant.

I tried the Soprano Titanium laser, which was supposed to work on different hair types, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me as my hair is light brown rather than black. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this laser for people with blonde hair.

I get masseter Botox every year and have tried different clinics, but this was my first time coming to this clinic and working with Dr. Robin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! She is so kind, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and patiently listens to and answers all of my questions. Anna at the reception was also incredibly nice and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
